We really loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, providing us with the utmost comfort. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, always being helpful and kind. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great selection and a beautiful location facing the swimming pool. The attention to detail and maintenance was impressive, making us wish we could stay longer. The pool was exceptional and perfect for both swimming and relaxing, with comfortable chairs and umbrellas and attentive staff. this place was a true gem and we highly recommend it to families.
There is nothing negative to mention about this hotel. We wholeheartedly recommend it to families who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Hotel easy to find. Grounds and buildings beautiful. Room was very clean, with plenty of space. Nice bathroom. Good sized bed. Breakfast was very adequate.
We did not find the reception staff particularly friendly or helpful. There was little information available for first time visitors to the area. Although the grounds were lovely, some tyding up in the gardens is needed, bearing in mind this is a 4* Hotel. We bought our two nights through booking on line with a discounted price and that is how we felt we were treated. A bit disappointed as this was to be the last two nights of our holiday and we thought we would pay the extra for something special. No-one appeared to speak good english, which we found surprising in an international hotel. For instance the menu outside the restaurant was only in Italian and with only a little understanding of Italian, made translating very difficult. We did not eat there.

I can't believe how amazing our stay was at this stunning hotel! The location is superb, just a short walk to the beach clubs, and the hotel itself is so comfortable and beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome. The hotel has a mix of classical Italian and Louis XIV styling, which added to the luxurious feel of our stay. The rooms were immaculate and had a neo-barock style with attention to detail in color and materials. We felt like we were in a movie! The hotel had great amenities, including a nice pool, a working gym, and a good restaurant. The breakfast buffet was limited, but anything can be ordered if needed. The comfortable king bed, fast Wi-Fi, and great view were just the cherry on top. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to come back!

The buildings and the location, it ment staying in most nights as while it is close to the beach it is at least a twenty minute walk from the main restaurants and shopping, the menu is reasonable priced once you stay on the menu, towels are supplied by the pool.
the menu did not change once during our week long stay, if you went off menu and asked what else was available, you were suggesred one or two additional main courses, it was only when you went to pay at the end of you stay did you find out the alternatives were at least twice the price of the menu. we went mid sept, the whole resort was in preparation for close down which is the 30th. sept. no lunch provided at pool as advertised. also no dressing gowns or slippers in the supior room we had booked, also most rooms had interconnecting doors.

The hotel's location was ideal, just across the road from a beautiful beach and close to some delicious restaurants. The service was excellent, and we enjoyed nice fresh towel service at the clean pool. Our room was clean and sufficient, with a nice view of the luscious garden.
One of the buildings decor was outdated and could benefit from renovation.

We really got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, giving our family of 5 plenty of space to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and a peaceful atmosphere.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

- attractive old building, which has rooms decorated in classic old style - good, large hotel territory - pool and jacuzzi
- wifi works awfully, it works only in one side of the room, on the bed. Doesnt work when laptop put on the table in other side. At least that issue in 208 room(corner). - wifi doesnt work outside main building. It makes impossible to sit near the pool with laptop or sit in park in the evening. - a lot of mosquitos, even near the bar. Not possible to stay comfortable outside the building in the evening. - 60 euro for beach accessorize on the beach in front of hotel.

The lush gardens were absolutely beautiful, and we loved spending time by the pool, which was always clean and well-maintained. The beach access was super convenient, and we appreciated being able to rent beach equipment and enjoy lunch with a stunning view of the ocean. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
There were limited dining options in the area during the Christmas season, so we ended up eating at the hotel restaurant a few times. Unfortunately, the food was expensive and not up to par with what we expected.

The hotel is set on a large property which is nicely landscaped and which includes a lap pool and clay tennis court. The beach promenade is across the street. This promenade extends for miles. Bikes are available to explore this vast beach complex. Their are beach restaurants close by along the promenade. The breakfast was very good...the pool inviting....and the after dinner drinks in the garden a great way to end the day. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is historic with many architectural details.
The air conditioning seemed to be set on a minimum setting. Adjusting the controls had no effect on the output.....but it was not a problem as you could open the windows at night....no real issues here.
